W4Pro — Allegro Integration

W4Pro is a multi-purpose e-commerce platform developed by Web4Pro. It powers online stores, booking systems, and business websites across multiple deployments.

Purpose of the integration

The W4Pro platform integrates with the Allegro marketplace via the official Allegro REST API to provide the following functionality:

  • Offer management — publishing and updating product listings on Allegro directly from the store’s admin panel
  • Order synchronization — automatic import of Allegro orders into the store’s order management system
  • Stock synchronization — two-way synchronization of inventory levels between the store’s warehouse and Allegro listings
  • Invoice handling — uploading invoice documents to Allegro orders

How it works

Each store instance connects to Allegro using OAuth 2.0 with PKCE authorization. The integration operates on behalf of the store owner who explicitly authorizes access through the standard Allegro consent flow. All API communication uses HTTPS.

User-Agent identification

API requests from W4Pro include a User-Agent header in the following format:

W4Pro/1.0 (+https://web4pro.pl/allegro-integration shop-domain.pl)

Where shop-domain.pl identifies the specific store instance making the request.

Każda instancja sklepu łączy się z Allegro za pomocą autoryzacji OAuth 2.0 z PKCE. Integracja działa w imieniu właściciela sklepu, który jawnie autoryzuje dostęp przez standardowy proces zgody Allegro. Cała komunikacja API odbywa się przez HTTPS.
